Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days to change your mind
For online and other distance purchases, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind. No reason is needed. This applies to all eligible items you buy from us, including sale items, in accordance with Italian and EU consumer law, including the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo, Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) and Directive 2011/83/EU.
How to return something
Fill out our return request form or email us at info@550kicks.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please contact us before sending anything back. We cannot accept returns sent without prior notice.
You must send the item back within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to return it. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless we state otherwise.

About the item's condition
To receive a full refund, please send items back unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
Something wrong with your order?
If your order arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, email us right away. You do not need to follow the standard return process above — just contact us by email and we will sort it out directly.
Want a different size or model?
Return the item you have. Once your return has been approved, place a new order for the size or model you want.
Getting your money back
Once we receive your return, we will check it and refund you using your original payment method.
We will also refund the standard delivery fee you paid, excluding any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option.
The refund will be issued within 14 days from the day you notify us of your decision to return the item. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or until you provide proof that you have sent it back, whichever happens first.
