  • By placing an order through the various methods provided, the Customer fully accepts and agrees to these Terms of Service.

3. Products and Authenticity

  • All items for sale on our store are meticulously inspected, verified, and guaranteed 100% authentic by our specialized team of experts.

  • Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing updates or display settings.

4. Pricing, Shipping and Customs Duties

  • Prices and VAT: Prices are indicated in Euros (or local currency where applicable). Depending on the item, products may be sold under the VAT margin scheme (Regime del Margine - DL 41/95), meaning VAT is not separately itemized on the invoice. Where standard VAT applies, it is included as required by law.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are clearly calculated and displayed before the final order confirmation.

  • Customs Duties and Import Taxes: For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
